1. Duty board — who does what
Create a task (Decoration, Prasad, Idol, Pandal, Sound, Cultural program) and assign it to a committee member. Each task carries a status the assigned person updates themselves — To-do → Working → In progress → Done — plus an optional item, due date and note. Everyone can see, in real time, what's handled and what still needs attention.
2. Flat-wise collection register
Record each contribution against the flat: flat number, owner or tenant, name, phone, amount, and a Paid / Pending tag you can flip with one tap. The register shows exactly how much has been collected and how much is still pending — so following up with the remaining flats takes seconds, not a spreadsheet.
3. Donations & sponsorships
Larger contributions — a family donation, a shop's sponsorship for a banner — are logged separately with the giver's name, amount and a note. They add straight into the event's income.
4. Expenses
Every payment out — decoration, prasad, sound, lighting, gifts — is logged with a category and amount. The moment you add one, the balance in hand updates.
Everything is linked — one honest number

One person creates the event and shares a join code, QR, or a WhatsApp invite. Committee members sign in, join, and everyone sees the same live data. When the treasurer marks a flat as paid or a helper flips a duty to Done, it updates on every phone instantly — on the website and inside the Monkilla Android app, using the same account.
